We offer worldwide shipping! No matter where you are, you can enjoy our products delivered right to your doorstep.

2. How long does shipping take?

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

    • United States & Canada: 3-5 business days.
    • Europe: 10-20 business days.
    • Australia & New Zealand: 5-10 business days.
    • Rest of the World: 10-20 business days.

Please note that shipping times may vary due to customs delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. How much does shipping cost?

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $6.42

4. Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier's site.

5. Why did I receive only part of my order?

To ensure faster delivery, items in the same order may be shipped separately from different warehouses. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

6. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. However, delivery times may be longer than standard addresses.

7. Are there any customs fees or import taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or other charges imposed by your country's customs department. These fees are not included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility.

8. What if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at: support-prymatic@prymatic.com We will investigate the issue and work towards a satisfactory solution.

9. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at: support-prymatic@prymatic.com. We can update the address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

10. What happens if I provide the wrong shipping address?

If the incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, we can reship it to the correct address (additional shipping charges may apply). If the package is delivered to the incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible.

11. Do you offer expedited shipping options?

Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping. We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery.

12. Can I cancel my order after it's been shipped?

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may refer to our Return Policy for information on how to return the item after receipt.
